Black Box Theatre Space Pricing

Performance Package – $1500 flat fee for 6 hours
Includes:
– The Florence – Black box theatre space
– 3 rows of elevated seating – 56 seats
– One row of folding chairs can be added in front for a total seating capacity of 76.
– Sound System
– Sound Board Operator (needs must be discussed in advance)
– Stage Lighting
– Light Board Operator (needs must be discussed in advance)
– Wrap-around black velvet curtains to transform the space into a black box style theatre.
– Backstage cross and side entrances/exits available.
– Dance sub-floor with Marley floor.
– Studio B can serve as a dressing room and warm-up area.
– No food or beverages are allowed in the theatre space.
– Generous parking in evenings and weekends.
– Tables available for lobby set-up and check-in.
– Wheelchair accessible.

Additional hours – $50 per hour

Renter must maintain a policy of general liability insurance against liability of bodily injury (including death) or property damage in or about the building. The renter must deliver a certificate of insurance demonstrating that the foregoing insurance is in place and naming The Academy of Gregory Hancock Dance Theatre as additional insured.
